Education is a partnership. Research tells us that students do best when parents and teachers work together. In order to provide parents timely information on their child’s progress, Huber Heights City Schools utilizes “ProgressBook” for report cards and class information.
“ProgressBook” provides both parents and students with 24/7 access to school grades, homework, school resources, and teacher messaging. In order to access the parent viewer component of “ProgressBook” go to the district’s homepage, www.huberheightscityschools.org and click on Quick Links. Once the pull down box appears, click on “ProgressBook” Parent Viewer. A page of district’s utilizing progress book will appear. Click on the Huber Heights City School District’s logo (Warrior head). Next, you will be asked to log in or, if you do not currently have a “ProgressBook” account, to create a new account. Follow the prompts and provide the requested information in order to create a new account. Families new to the district should have already received a letter with the information necessary to create a new account.
Everything contained on the “ProgressBook” site is encrypted in order to prevent “hackers” from having access to any student information. Parents and students are reminded to never share user name and password information with others.
Utilizing “ProgressBook” tremendously improves communication between teachers, parents, and students and is ideal for providing parents and students with a way to track academic progress. If you need any assistance or have any questions, please contact the technology paraprofessional at your child’s school.
