HUBER HEIGHTS —Board Certified in Family Practice, Dr. Robert Hunter, was arrested Wednesday afternoon at 2:10 p.m. at Buckeye Family Practice, located at 8701 Old Troy Pike in Huber Heights. He was booked on suspicion of rape into the Montgomery County Jail at 3:10 p.m.
Hunter, 45, was arrested through the Five Rivers MetroParks PD, according to Hunter’s booking information.
According to the medical practice website, Hunter is very active in both the Ohio Osteopathic Association (OOA) and the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) and was recently elected President of the OOA. The website indicates that Dr. Hunter is also President of the Ohio Chapter of the ACOFP; where he uses his office to help spearhead the organization’s goal of promoting excellence in osteopathic family medicine through education, leadership and responsible advocacy.
In 2010, Dr. Hunter was awarded the designation Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (FACOFP), signifying recognition of his experience, dedication and contribution to the advancement of family practice.
