HUBER HEIGHTS — Huber Heights police have arrested four people who are suspected of using cloned credit cards in multiple states from New York to Ohio.
Amber J. Delacruz, 26; Renso A. Jose, 45; Angle Rodriguez, 29, and Jason Villegas, 33, are all incarcerated in the Montgomery County Jail on multiple counts of forgery. Their bond has been set at $500,000 each.
Police say they received a complaint about suspicious activity at the Bath & Body Works store on Old Troy Pike on Wednesday, Jan. 27. When they responded, they recovered 76 fraudulent credit cards as well receipts from other stores. Police believe the suspects were buying large number of gift cards and pre-paid credit cards.
The suspects, who all list addresses in New York, were in a black Infinity M35x bearing New York license plates.
