DAYTON – The Call Center at The Job Center is experiencing technical difficulties, so people cannot get through to the 225-4148 number for questions about their public assistance cases. Montgomery County Job and Family Services is diligently working with our provider to restore services as quickly as possible.
We ask for the public’s patience as we work through this phone issue, and we will send out another media advisory when the problem is resolved. People are advised to set up an online account as another means to get timely answers on their public assistance cases. This can be done at www.odjfsbenefits.ohio.gov.
