Bailey graduates from Army Basic Combat Training

FORT SILL, Okla. — PV2 Kelsey R. Bailey graduated from Army Basic Combat Training (BCT), at Fort Sill, Oklahoma on Aug. 21.

Kelsey is the daughter of Kelly and Michael Moore of Huber Heights, and Jay and Cherie McCann of Delaware, Ohio.

She is a 2015 graduate of Wayne High School, Huber Heights.
