Chrisman inducted into military hall of fame


Albert Chrisman, a member of American Legion Post 200 in Huber Heights, was inducted into the Ohio Military Hall of Fame for Valor in May, 2017. Lt. Governor Mary Taylor presented Chrisman with a medal for his actions while on duty in Vietnam on Feb. 28, 1971 . During his service, Chrisman was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge, Bronze Star Medal, Air Medal #2, Army Commendation Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Vietnam Gallantry Cross Citation with Palm Device.
