Three arrested in Huber Heights burglaries


More charges possible in other active cases

HUBER HEIGHTS — The Huber Heights Police Division arrested three individuals last week in connection to a string of burglaries north of Chambersburg Road.

During the arrest, two handguns were recovered.

Nathan S. Bush, 21, was charged with two counts of having a weapon under disability, one count of burglary, and one count of theft. All charges are felonies that could bring up to three years in prison. He is currently incarcerated at the Montgomery County Jail and has a bond of $200,000.

Devin Jackson, 22, was charged with two counts of weapons under disability, three misdemeanor counts of receiving stolen property, and one count of felony theft. He also faces up to three years in prison. He is in the county jail with a $100,000 bond.

The third defendant is Duane Childress, Jr., 22, who faces one felony county of burglary and a single county of misdemeanor theft. He is not listed on the Montgomery County Jail’s list of inmates as of Tuesday morning.

Huber Heights investigators are sill reviewing evidence in other active cases that could involve these suspects. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Investigative Section at (937) 233-1565.
