DAYTON — Seven branches in the Dayton Metro Library system are hosting programs on bus and bike transportation opportunities offered by the Greater Dayton RTA. Nathan Owens, Marketing Analyst for RTA, will discuss the new Bike Link system and the Regional Transit Authority, which serves citizens of Montgomery and western Greene Counties. Program participants can learn how to use a portable fare box, and attendees can register to win an Amazon Kindle.
