HUBER HEIGHTS — The Huber Heights Police Division would like to congratulate two employees on their recent retirement.

Sergeant Chris Johnson, who joined the Huber Heights Police Division in 1994, is retiring after over 29 years of police service. Chris has served in the positions of Road Patrol, SWAT, and he is currently a shift commander overseeing day watch. Sergeant Johnson also served at St. Paris and Urbana Police Department prior to being hired at Huber Heights.

Officer Amanda Felts, who joined the Huber Heights Police Division in 1999, retired after nearly 20 years of police service. Through her career she served in the positions of Patrol Officer, Detective, Bike Patrol Officer, Evidence Technician, and Field Training Officer for the City of Huber Heights.

Officer Felts also served at Perry Twp. Police Department prior to being hired at Huber Heights.

The Police Division would like to thank them for their service to the department and the community and wish both of them well in any future endeavors.
