HUBER HEIGHTS — On Dec. 10 at around 1:44 a.m., Huber Heights Police Division officers were sent to the 7000 block of Harshmanville Road on the report of a multi-vehicle crash.

Investigating officers determined the driver of a 2000 Olds Alero was southbound on Harshmanville when he struck a legally parked car on the road which in-turn struck another legally parked car in front of it. The Olds then careened off the right side of the road over a sidewalk and into a driveway striking another legally parked car. The driver was found to have non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital by Huber Heights paramedics, according to Sgt. M.J. Eagan.

The driver, 32-year-old Travis M. Hall of Huber Heights, is suspected of being intoxicated at the time of the crash and he has been charged with Operating a Vehicle under the Influence of Alcohol and or Drugs, Driving under Suspension, and Failure to Control, according to Eagan.
