HUBER HEIGHTS — Huber firefighters responded to a commercial fire at 10:36 p.m. Sunday at 4 Over Inc. Printing Service, located at 7801 Technology Blvd.

According to Battalion Chief Kevin Foley, the fire was confined to a cement-vaulted room and involved a large air compressor that provides air throughout the building for the pneumatic presses. Foley said the fire was confined to the compressor which was totally destroyed with the loss estimated at $30,00 to $35,000. He indicated the other compressor was running fine and the businesses was able to continue its operation.

Foley said the building was evacuated.

“The sprinkler system did not activate because the fire did not get big enough,” said Foley.

Huber crews received assistance from Bethel Clark and Dayton Fire Engine 12.
