KETTERING — The name Zig Ziglar is familiar to tens of millions of people. Both the name and the person are international icons. On Nov. 28, 2012, the man known simply as “Zig” passed away, his lessons about becoming your best, building winning relationships and goal-setting and achievement, continue to change lives with the help of Ziglar protégés known as Ziglar Legacy Certified (ZLC) Trainers. Four of them reside in the Miami Valley.

Beginning in September, Dayton’s own ZLC trainers will present a three-part series of Zig’s classic success principles on Oct. 8, Oct. 29 and Nov. 5. The location for each will be the Kohler Banquet Center in Kettering.

ZLC’s Dayton debut will feature David Wright, Huber Heights resident Michael J. Smith, Tim Schofield and host, Clancy Cross. Whether you seek motivation or personal growth, Zig would call events like this “a check-up from the neck up.” Information about the event is available at: www.CrossAbilities.com
